These terms cover your use of this website and of the MOAR app while it is in testing. MOAR is operated by Woollen, based in the Isle of Man. By using either, you agree to what follows.
MOAR is not open yet
MOAR is being built. This website is a preview, and the app is a test build distributed to invited testers. Nothing on either is an offer to sell, and no order can be placed through MOAR today.
The shops and prices in the app are samples
This matters, so it is stated plainly: the shops, products, descriptions, opening hours and prices shown in the test app are illustrative placeholder content created to exercise the design. They are not real businesses, real stock or real prices, and no shop shown in the test app has agreed to anything. Any resemblance to a real Isle of Man business is coincidental and unintended — if you believe a name we have used is yours, email hello@moar.im and we will change it.
Joining the launch list
If you email us to hear about launch, you are asking us to contact you once. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying, and we will delete your address. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Using the test app
- Do not redistribute the test build or share access with people outside the tester list.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for competitive purposes, or probe the app or this site for vulnerabilities without asking us first — if you find something, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
- Test builds may change, break or be withdrawn without notice. That is what testing is.
No warranty
The site and the test app are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise they will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and you should not rely on anything in the test app as accurate information about a real shop or product.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, Woollen is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this preview site or the test app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our content
The MOAR name, the wordmark, the photography and the design of the app and this site belong to Woollen. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction.
