Delete your account

Last updated 27 July 2026

You can delete your MOAR account, and anything else we hold about you, at any time. There’s no penalty and we don’t ask why.

Not yet — there is no sign-in

MOAR will have accounts, but it does not have them today. The app in testing holds no account, sends nothing to us, and stores nothing about you on your device beyond the app itself — see the privacy policy for the detail. So right now there is nothing on our side attached to you unless you have emailed us or registered a shop at /merchant-partnership. This page is the standing route for all of it: use it today for an email address or a shop registration, and for your account the moment sign-in ships.

How to ask

Email hello@moar.im from the address you wrote to us from, with the subject Delete my data. If you can’t email from that address, say which address to remove.

We’ll confirm once it’s done. Expect this within 30 days, and realistically within a day or two.

What gets deleted today

  • Your email address, and the message you sent us, from our mailbox.
  • Your place on the launch list, if you joined it — the row holding your email address in the spreadsheet we keep it in.
  • Your shop registration, if you sent one — the row in the same spreadsheet, along with the business name, contact details and category on it.

That is the whole list. There is no mailing-list product and no customer platform holding a second copy, and each of those is the only copy there is, so deletion is immediate and total rather than a request that has to propagate.

What we may keep, and why

We may retain a minimal note that a deletion request was made and honoured, and anything we are legally required to hold. Our web host keeps standard server request logs, which aren’t tied to you and age out on their own.

Removing the app

Uninstalling MOAR removes it and its basket, which only ever lived in memory. Nothing needs deleting on our side because nothing was ever sent to us.
